There's a fault with my garment?
- Within 7 days of receiving your garment order, if the item(s) appear faulty.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an Exchange/ Refund Authorisation. Please describe the fault and include any images.
- Please do not wear or wash garment.
- We will offer repair, replacement or refund depending on the fault type and stock availability. Refunds will be issued if repair or replacement is not available.
- Faults will be defined by manufacturing defects, not wear and tear or poor handling, misinterpretation of colour from differing screens.
- Depending on the form of the original payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Unless the returned item(s) is deemed faulty, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
