Returns/refunds/exchanges

  • Within 14 days of receiving your garment order, if the item(s) doesn’t fit you, Pattern Fantastique is happy to offer refunds or exchanges, with the exception of sale goods. For your items to be applicable for refunds and exchanges, they must have tags still attached, be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the item(s). Any return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. To request an exchange for your item(s), please email nitajane@patternfantastique.com. If the requested goods are out of stock, you will be issued with a store credit or refund.
  • If you request a refund, Pattern Fantastique will refund the original purchase’s account. Shipping costs are not refunded. Depending on form of the original payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Pattern Fantastique prides itself on the finest of quality. If there has been an issue with your item - faulty of any kind - please email nitajane@patternfantastique.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) code within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess all returned items on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as being faulty.
Any items deemed to be faulty will be replaced by Pattern Fantastique. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the value of the item at the time the order was placed, including any shipping cost incurred. We will also refund the shipping cost incurred by you. Please provide the receipt for shipping cost with the returned faulty goods. Depending on form of the original payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Unless the returned item(s) is deemed faulty, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • All returned items must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging. If your item(s) comes without tags or the packaging becomes damaged, please notify us via email nitajane@patternfantastique.com on the same day you receive the package.
  • Pattern Fantastique takes great care in ensuring that the product description and specifications are correct at the time of publication. Due to differing browser software or computer systems, customers may see slight variation in colour representation.
