The Fits Not Right?
  • Within 7 days of receiving your garment order, if the item(s) doesn’t fit you, Pattern Fantastique is happy to offer exchanges, except for sale garments. For your items to be applicable for exchange, they must have tags still attached, be in unused condition and be returned in the original packaging. Please take care when trying it on. We cannot resell marked garments and won't accept them as a returned item.
  • Please email nitajane@patternfantastique.com to obtain an Exchange Authorisation; we will secure your preferred size if available and despatch the exchanged item upon arrival.
  • We will generate a free return label for you to print and apply to the original packaging. If you cannot print, please purchase an Express Post Bag from Auspost and send us the tracking details. 
  • All returns must be sent to PO Box 197 North Fremantle, WA 6159 AUSTRALIA.
  • If the requested goods are out of stock, you will be issued with a store credit or refund.
  • If you request a refund, Pattern Fantastique will refund the original purchase’s account.  Shipping costs are not refunded. 
  • A Store Credit will include shipping costs  
  • Depending on form of the original payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

There's a fault with my garment?

  • Within 7 days of receiving your garment order, if the item(s) appear faulty.
  • Please email nitajane@patternfantastique.com to obtain an Exchange/ Refund Authorisation. Please describe the fault and include any images.
  • Please do not wear or wash garment.
  • We will offer repair, replacement or refund depending on the fault type and stock availability. Refunds will be issued if repair or replacement is not available.
  • Faults will be defined by manufacturing defects, not wear and tear or poor handling, misinterpretation of colour from differing screens.
  • We will generate a free return label for you to print and apply to the original packaging. If you cannot print, please purchase an Express Post Bag from Auspost and send us the tracking details.
  • We will also refund the shipping cost incurred by you.  Please provide the receipt for the shipping cost( if the purchase was required) with the returned faulty goods.  
  • Depending on the form of the original payment, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Unless the returned item(s) is deemed faulty, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
